Nestled in the rolling hills of Umbria, our retreat offers the perfect sanctuary for those seeking peace and renewal. Our location's lush countryside and historic charm provide a breathtaking backdrop for your practice.

We limit it to a small group of participants to keep the Retreat personal and intimate. 

It will be first come, first serve.

Cost: $3,900. Per each Guest -  Double Occupancy Room w/ shared bathroom in Main House.
* Single Occupancy w/ private bathroom $4,900 in Main House. 

(* A separate guest house w/ private bath, may be available for $5,400 per single person, or $4,900 per person if shared by 2 people, please inquire if interested.)

IMPORTANT:

  *Please DO NOT purchase flight tickets, or travel insurance prior to receiving a letter that this trip is confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if we do not meet the minimum requirement of 6 people, 60 days before the retreat start date. In case of the unlikely cancellation of the retreat, your full deposit will promptly be refunded, as well as any other payments made to us for this retreat .

An initial binder deposit in the amount of $1000.00 per person, is due along with the signed letter of commitment. Payment in full is due no later than 9/1/2024 (60 days before the retreat start date).

Cancellations and Refunds

Please notify us in writing that you will need to cancel. The cancellation policy is as follows:

In advance of 60 days, the $1000.00 Binder deposit is refundable based on our ability to rebook your space.

*For any cancellation with less than 60 days to your start date, payments are non-refundable.

*We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case unexpected circumstances arise that prevent you from attending.

Your Trip price Includes:

• Lodging in a double or single room occupancy at a Private Villa in Umbria. *Or Single room if reserved at the higher rate.

• 2-3 Meals, Daily prepared  by a Private chef, or in Restaurant pre-ordered meals.

• Daily Yoga and Gathering sessions.

• Excursions that we plan.

• Van shuttle to and from Airport, if arriving in the window that we are arranging pick up.

Your Trip price does NOT Includes:

• Airfare.

• Personal Insurance.

• Select Optional Activities (Massages etc).

• Personal expenses.

• Gifts you may choose to purchase.

• Food options at restaurants that are not on the pre-planned meal offerings.

• Alcoholic and Specialty beverages.  

• Tipping

Limitations of Liability
Carla Olla/ Rhinebeck Yoga Center, Corinne Gervai/ Euphoria Yoga Woodstock Inc. and Dror B. Ashuah/ V-Hives Retreats are not liable for bodily injury or property damage as a result (but not limited to): physical exertion for a guest that is not prepared, forces of nature, travel by plane, auto, boat or any form transportation, activity, or adventure travel.

Acknowledgement of Risks and Release of Liability

I fully understand that this trip involves modes of travel with certain inherent risks.  Travel may be by car, van, bus, boat, raft, kayak, bicycle, foot, horseback, or other forms of conveyance, all of which contain inherent risks of illness, injury, loss of or damage to property, and death.  

These risks may also result from the nature of the trip’s adventurous activities, the negligence of others, weather conditions, road and trail conditions, my own physical condition or abilities, first-aid and emergency treatment or lack thereof, consumption of food and drink, and other risks not specifically identified herein. I am aware that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible during portions of the trip. I am, and my family members (if applicable) are, mentally and physically capable of participating in the activities and I willingly assume the risk of illness, injury, loss of or damage to property, and death as my sole responsibility.

As lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in this trip, I hereby release Carla Olla/ Rhinebeck Yoga Center, Corinne Gervai/ Euphoria Yoga Woodstock Inc.and Dror B. Ashuah/ V-Hives Retreats  from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action for any illness, injury, death, or loss of or damage to property, which are related to or are in any way connected with my participation in this trip and arranged activities, whether scheduled by Corinne Gervai/ Euphoria Yoga Woodstock Inc. and Dror B. Ashuah, or not.  I agree that this release shall be legally binding upon me, all members of my family and all minors traveling with me, my and their heirs, successors, assigns, and legal representatives.  It is my intention to fully assume all risks associated with this trip and to release Carla Olla/ Rhinebeck Yoga  Corinne Gervai/ Euphoria Yoga Woodstock Inc.and Dror B. Ashuah  / V-Hives Retreats from any and all liabilities to the maximum extent permitted by New York law.

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ, CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD AND WILLINGLY ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STATED HEREIN.
